I believe that this company has bad business practices. I recently bought a replacement lock kit and was unsure if it was the right one. I was assured that if it was not i wouldnt have a problem with an exchange or a return. This was not the case. They would not allow either and i was stuck

Glass Doctor will replace broken glass on home or auto windows. A baseball went through our utility room window. Glass doctor sent someone out to measure it and they had the glass replaced in no time. It looks as good as new now.
