A & M Window Service is a family owned company offering a complete suite of services for home and commercial real estate windows. Our services include stocking over 2500 window parts, many of which are hard to find and repairing all windows including flat glass, insulated glass units, mirrors, shower doors and enclosures, window and patio door screens.This includes replacement of all window parts. We also install new and old windows and manufacture insulated glass units, which have a limited 20 year warranty against seal failure.

Insulated glass is two pieces of flat glass, double sealed with a 20-year warranty against seal failure when installed by our repairman. It can be annealed glass or tempered glass, depending on the location of the unit. We can do any size up to 60 x 72, as well as patio door units. The glass can be clear, Low E (which cuts down on the UV rays that cause fading in curtains, carpets, and furnishings), obscure (for privacy issues), tempered (which breaks into small pieces as opposed to large dangerous shards), laminated (which will not shatter), and with grids between the two panes to match your existing windows.
Screens

Window screens are available in a wide variety of colors, with charcoal or gray fiber mesh. We measure and install at your location (with removal and hauling off old screens) or you can bring your samples in to the shop for us to duplicate so you can install yourself. Solar screens, which stop 85% of the sun's heat, are available with a free written quote and initial installation. They can be put up in summer to cut down on cooling costs and removed in winter for solar heat gain.
