Made their competition Cactus Garage Door from Tempe look silly. Cactus wanted replace the spring for $600 which went to replacing the door for $3500, buyer beware. I called Cookson Door, they came right out fixed the door without needing any parts just some adjustments for less that $125. Very happy with Cookson. Do not recommend Cactus Garage Door of Tempe.

Three neighbors on my block have purchased new garage doors from them in the past three months. All were very pleased and said their price was by far the best. I used them for routine maintenance on the garage door of our home we recently purchased and they did a great job. The tech showed me how to maintain the door throughout the year and the price for the maintenance was very fair. I'll definitely purchase our next door from them. Can't say enough good things about this company. Tech arrived on time - was very knowledgeable and tackled the garage door immediately. Fixed really quickly and was very nice and efficient. Also rate was reasonable. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. Saved our garage door and is like new.

Ron from Cookson came out and fixed our garage door promptly and at a very reasonable price. Another company did not do a proper job on the original repairs a few months ago. We were extremely happy with Cookson's outstanding service and would definitely recommend them to anyone. Wish we had used them the first time!
