I hope you don't need a repair! We purchased a home that Austintatious had recently installed Hunter Douglas Silhouette blinds. We had some issues with the blinds and contacted Austintatious. Initially they were willing to help us. There were some delays due to COVID, but we eventually received our repaired blind. The issue reoccurred and we had an issue with an additional Silhouette blind. This time we were told we had to pay for the cost of repair.

We were not happy about that but had no choice and paid. We recently had another Silhouette blind break. This time I have been told they cannot repair the blind due to staffing and this is INDEFINITELY. Really - I will never be able to get these expensive blinds repaired? I wish they had never been installed in our home - problematic - use a ton of batteries and now no service :

We had a wonderful experience with Austintatious from start to finish. Our representative, Lacey, was a consummate professional and helped guide us quickly and efficiently through the selection process. She's a great listener too. The installers were also wonderful and left our home the way that they found it except for the blinds. We got motorized and I could not love them any more. I highly recommend the Austinatious crew.

New to the area so was a walk in customer. In the showroom I was greeted immediately and got an in-home consult scheduled. The consultation went great; Lacey was very knowledgeable and gave great suggestions for colors etc. Then the installation was quick, and he cleaned everything up (he even brought a hand vac). Will definitely use them again, and I highly recommend their services.
