Horrible product. I spent over 4k on composite shutters that arrived looking like they were made from MDF. Many had chip marks that will have to be filled in. None are paintable as advertised. I contacted the company and they are not willing to do anything. Terrible customer service. Not a quality product. Stay away.

Ordered 5 pairs of Atlantic board and batten shutters with functional hardware and had no issues at all. The customer service responded within a business day to my questions via email and they were very transparent on the supply chain delays. Actual color was accurate with the color selection book they sent me. Everything arrived very well packaged/secured on a large pallet and each shutter was individualyl wrapped. Nothing was damaged during shipping.

Don't use them. I ordered some shutter clips from them and paid almost $15 in shipping to get to me. Did not open them at all And then I shipped them back at my cost which was less than $10. When they refunded my money, they didn't refund the $15 in shipping that I paid to get them to me. So Not only did they inflate the amount of the shipping cost to me, they wouldn't reimburse me so Basically I paid shipping both ways. I called them to discuss and the rep's response was " we paid shipping too." No you didn't! It was charged as part of my order. Shady!
