I purchased a home with new Window World windows, and they have been fantastic. The vinyl color has stayed true, the seals have remained strong, and the double hung version I have are so easy to open and clean. I've had 2 service calls in 5 years, one to replace a seal, and one to replace a track component that broke. My service tech Richard was awesome. He was courteous during scheduling, called on the day of to confirm the service time, was prompt, efficient, and professional. The Richmond Window World has been great to work with, and I'm considering them for replacing the last couple of original windows in my home.

I'm retired and had been in professional home building my whole life. Of course when all our windows needed replacing, I thought to do the work myself. An associate told me to check out Window World so I did. It turned out that Window World could do it for less than I could myself and it would have taken me weeks to replace all 27 windows but Window World completed the job in one day. They sealed everything, wrapped the trim, cleaned up all the debris and hauled away the old ones.

After spending a very large amount of money on window installation the mess dealing with this company is unbelievable. Not only were the windows installed wrong and look horrible as they tried to fix their terrible installation with caulk but when trying to contact them has been nothing other than a headache. They have been rescheduling on us for 2 years avoiding fixing their mess up. Our windows do not open properly, are placed wrong and are missing some screws and the other blue screws they used on our white windows are very visible.
When they can use the excuse of "they can't work in the rain" thats what their reason of rescheduling is and other times they don't show and don't call or when they decide to show up without the tools to fix the windows it's unannounced. Save yourself and DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.
