We replaced 33 windows and 2 sliding doors with Southwest Exteriors. The wait time between ordering the windows and installation was about 5 months due to backup orders. No biggie. The crew working with installation was awesome. Ryan went above and beyond to make us happy. Jacob and Jeff were nice, respectful and efficient. We had to have our windows installed at 2 different occasions, and I made sure we were getting Ryan and his crew to come back.
The windows are great. Keep in mind you'll be losing some glass opening with retrofit. It's very noticeable during installation, but not a big deal once you're done. With the heat already starting (May 25th) we can already feel the huge difference in temperature in the house. Totally worth it!

We had our front door, patio doors and all windows replaced. The sales and customer service from Mike was amazing. Ryan and his crew (Jeff and Jacob) were on time, professional, detail oriented and worked around us well. We work from home and have kids so installation made for a busy house. Ryan was patient with all my questions, explained everything well and believe it or not they left the house cleaner than it was when they arrived. We could not be happier with the crew, communication and product. Thank you, we will be referring you to everyone.

We had our windows replaced by Northwest Exteriors in 2008 in our Bakersfield home. The windows were well-priced, professionally installed, and worked and looked great! The efficiency of the new windows helped to decrease our heating and cooling costs. Another benefit of the new vinyl windows was sound reduction. The house was so much more quiet afterward. We sold our house in 2019, and I recently had to contact the Northwest for information regarding the windows and the installation. I worked with Michell Wyatt, and she was so patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful! Thank you Michell! I strongly recommend this company.

Great job, there was some delay with getting my windows installed but I can't complain. That was because of supply not because Northwest. I'm fact once the windows did arrive they got me in the next day, which was excellent. Six windows, crew was great, friendly, professional, all the good stuff. And the windows look great. Highly recommend

I am so happy with the job Peter and Jeff did installing the two new windows, I am beyond happy! They turned the three windows into a large single window and cleaned up the outside aesthetics to make it look like it was always just the one. They were very professional and I am very happy.
