Really great transaction! Very direct and efficient customer service. When requesting a quote, we selected something that wasn't available in our setup and instead of asking more questions, to save time they included a note and just updated the quote. When I called, they took care of the order and payment super fast. They gave me a ship date of a month and a half later, but shipped it a week early. The packing was impeccable! It didn't include silicone so you may want to pick that up for installation, but that's just a heads up and the finished product looks amazing! 5 stars for sure!

I had one of the nuts fall out on the latch on my Motion Window on my eight year old boat. After eight years of pounding ocean waves, I was not surprised. I contacted Motion Windows, and they quickly sent not only a replacement nut and a spare like I asked, they sent two whole new latch assemblies, quickly and free of charge! In today's day and age where customer service is a dying concept, this was a very refreshing experience. Thank you!

Daniel and Kaden at Motion Windows did a great job on installing a bunk slider window on our Ford Transit van. They communicated well on placement and answered all of my questions after the installation. The window is also great - I didn't realize that both the glass and the screen slide independently (so you have both screened ventilation as well as full passthrough)! Clean work and a clean product (like Kaden's clean dome). Looking forward to using our new window!

Motion Window team was extremely helpful and professional. They installed our window in just a few hours. Many months later when we had a weird fluke issue pop up, they got us in immediately to take care of it. Would definitely recommend.
