RATING 2 To all who are considering to use this company be careful I literally purchased 2 fireplaces from this company recently. I spent over 5,500.00. 1 fireplace was purchased for inside my house the other for outside my inside. The inside fireplace was installed properly and works. My outside fireplace was installed without this company hooking up power to the unit. This is the complete responsibility of CUSTOM HEARTH DISTRIBUTORS to make sure all units are working when finishing the job.
They never contacted my contractor and the fireplace was enclosed with out it working! This company completely disregarded me when it reached out and basically blew me off and now I have to pay out of my pocket for their mistake to tear my brand new fireplace apart to have the power hooked up. In all my years i have never encountered anything so unprofessional. So consider me a very unhappy and dissatisfied customer me my
