Calibre is the real deal. My company sent me from Riverside to pick up some door closers. I got a flat tire when I got off the freeway in Orange. It was 4pm on Friday and I called Calibre to explain I would be late past closing. They sent their warehouseman to me with my door closers and when he saw the 101st Airborne decal on my car he offered to change my tire. He was a Ranger in the 101st, just like my husband (stationed in the Stan). Great service, both in the military and with their door closers.

Most manufacturers won't give a locksmith the time of the day. They just refer you to a distributor. The exception would be the folks at Calibre Door Closers. I recently had a difficult install of some panic hardware and a Calibre OHC closer late on a Friday afternoon. I called Calibre and spoke with Chris. He patiently walked me through the problems, and even though the exit device was not a Calibre, he helped me get it re-installed as well. These guys at Calibre know their stuff and really do care about their customers.

Terrific company great customer service really stands behind product and takes care of their customers would give them 10 stars
