Report
All Service was hired to install a second level glass balcony on a Newport Beach balcony. The initial worksmanship was sub standard, bolts were crooked, splitting the wood and not in code, caps were not installed on bolt heads (very unsightly). The rail was also left with razor sharp edges. These items were reluctantly repaired after complaints were made. However, after a couple months when the rail started to come apart at the joints, James promised to make the repairs but failed to attend the appintment and now does not return repeated calls. This job, several thousand dollars, did not hold up for even three months. Avoid this contractor!
