Services
Window Cleaning
Our window cleaning service combines pure water technology with professional techniques to deliver streak-free results for residential and commercial properties. Using deionized water systems that leave no mineral deposits, we clean windows up to three stories high while protecting surrounding surfaces. Clients benefit from improved property appearance and maintained glass integrity through our regular maintenance programs.
Low Pressure House Wash
This gentle cleaning method safely removes dirt and grime from home exteriors without damaging paint, siding, or landscaping. Our technicians use controlled pressure washing to clean stucco, wood, and vinyl surfaces while protecting delicate areas. The service helps maintain property value and prevents buildup that could lead to structural issues over time.
Solar Panel Cleaning
Specialized cleaning maintains solar panel efficiency by removing dust, pollen, and mineral deposits that reduce energy production. Our non-abrasive methods ensure panel surfaces remain undamaged while maximizing sunlight absorption. Regular maintenance helps property owners optimize their renewable energy investment and maintain manufacturer warranty requirements.
Gutter Cleaning
We remove debris from roof gutters and downspouts to prevent water damage to foundations, landscaping, and exterior walls. Our thorough cleaning includes flushing systems to ensure proper drainage and inspecting for necessary repairs. Preventative maintenance protects properties from costly water-related issues during heavy rainfall seasons.
Commercial Window Cleaning
Designed for storefronts, office buildings, and commercial properties, this service maintains professional appearances while ensuring safety compliance. Our insured technicians handle projects up to three stories using truck-mounted pure water systems for spot-free finishes. Businesses benefit from consistent branding visibility and protected glass investments through scheduled maintenance plans.

The young man who came to wash my windows was very friendly and professional. They were able to come within a few days of my phone call, and did a very good job. I have worked with two other professional window cleaners, and this one is the best. Neither of the others opened the windows to clean out the gutters. This company uses vacuum power to really clean those gutters and does a very good job with the screens and windows as well. They really outdo the competition.

Wayne and his crew just cleaned the windows at two houses for me (moving out of one and into the other.) I used his company two years ago on another rental, so i had no hesitation calling him again. He made time for me on a Saturday because I was so limited with time between the two properties. They arrived as promised and did an awesome job. I didn't feel the need to scramble for a coupon from a random company. 805s prices are straight forward and fair. I also have 3 toddlers, so calling a random company is not tops on my list. 805 is the go to for window cleaning!
