I contacted Hamon on Monday, received call back on same day, and a Hamon technician came to my house on Tuesday and fixed the garage door within five minutes. Professional, nice and answered all my questions. I would recommend this business. Thank you Hamon!

Never returned calls for quote. Went with another company who did. Sorry people, but customer service is key in my world & you didn't follow through. You were actually recommended for a quote by the company I went with because they followed up.

The technician showed up at my house and when I went back inside to get a mask he told me that he wouldn't wear a mask and they could send someone next week that would wear a mask. He then proceeded to tell me if I thought the mask would protect me I was mistaken. I and a household member are high risk and I corrected him and informed him that by wearing a mask I am protecting him and if he wore a mask he was protecting me.
I told him never mind as I did not want him walking through my house without a mask. Not very accommodating when I asked him nicely to protect me. Won't be recommending you and it's too bad as you were recommended to me.

Terrible customer service! I called at 10:00a and was told someone could respond around 11:00a to my door stuck up. Granted, my bad on the door, but that's not relevant to the service. I called a little before noon and was told they could not contact the technician. Around 1:30p I finally got a call from the tech who said he was assigned another repair job before me and would not make it to me before 3:30p (that's 4.5 hours after her was supposed to be here). I attempted many time to call the office to get an explanation and (after answering my call on the first ring all day) suddenly all my calls go to their voicemail during their business hours.

Very friendly, very professional. They came out on time and their garage expert fixed my door in no time flat. Lindsey was the repair technicians name, he is a "garage door artist". Highly recommend this company!

Called and had my garage door spring replaced the same day by a courteous and professional young man. No big up-sell for parts or service I did not need. I would recommend Hamon to anyone. A safe choice.
