Cascade Garage Doors has installed new doors for us, and installed lifters in two houses. They are prompt, reliable and friendly. Twice when we had emergencies (a broken spring and a frozen door), they were there quickly (even though we're in Sisters) and had us up and running in no time. I wouldn't call anyone else.

Jessica was wonderful to work with. Our garage door opener failed. They responded very quickly and had a new opener on in just a couple days. The installer was quite efficient and friendly. If I ever need garage door work again, they will be the first call. They have a good team there

I was very impressed with their service starting with Jessica. She was so helpful and scheduled the repair for my mother's garage door right away as we were in the process of selling it. Brett and Colton did a fantastic job and were polite and considerate, even when the garage door wouldn't go down! They turned right around in the driveway and found a broken wire. We had an epic failure of an old motorized shop door. They came and evaluated what was needed for the fix. They made sure to make it a safe system. What made this service exceptional is the way they worked around a 15 -30 week supply issue for a new panel and got us up and running in short order!
