Our mother had been working with this shop for a custom order, but she passed away. We followed up with the shop to finish the project they'd been working on with her. Instead, we showed up and were received by a wicked rude old man. He was unnecessarily nasty and condescending to my partner and I, saying that this project never existed and implying we were lying. A chronic and unrelenting mansplainer-- I guess we should have sent our brother in to talk to him.
