I've been meaning to update this since last year. If the caulking is off or the windows leak at all, don't expect fast or friendly response from Jennifer service manager. We felt like we got the runaround and had to call & call about parts coming in. Very disappointed! When we first spent a lot of money, our salesman Dave was wonderful. After installation the service was not what we expected. Highly recommended them when we finally replaced our old single-pane windows. Not so sure now because of her service attitude.

Great company to work with! Sales team was incredibly helpful in sorting through the best options for our custom patio door and windows. Installation was a breeze and the windows look fabulous. Renaissance was very helpful in locating a contractor who would step in when my original contractor couldn't perform the job on time. I appreciate them going the extra mile to make sure the project moved along smoothly.

I've worked at other window companies. Renaissance takes care of you, has good benefits, keeps you busy, definitely the owners are by far one of the most hands-on, caring owners I've seen. He checks in with us and to me that's completely foreign to my previous experience with other companies. Philip has been very fair with me and works with me to find solutions if we have an installation problem. Very good company to work for.

Just finished having all new "Marvin Infinity"windows and doors fitted at my house by Renaissance Windows and Doors. The project was completed at my request in 3 stages over an 18 month time horizon. At every step of the way I found the entire Renaissance team to be First Class. From the initial sales team right through to the fitters I found them to be totally transparent (no sales gimmicks),k nowledgeable and extremely professional.
