They owner of Don's Windows and Door Theresa is so rude, no compassion and a very unprofessional business owner. All she wants is your money for you to order Windows from them since they are local. BARRY the man that goes to your house to measure the Windows and collect your down payment. Barry takes all Theresa calls for customer services complaints. Barry never returns your calls. I had a terrible experience with this business owner on a job that they didn't complete. Theresa and Barry refused to return my money. One excuse after another to keep my money. Buyers check elsewhere for Windows. They do not care about the customer service. Check their better business reviews on Don's windows and doors.

We had two patio doors installed. From Theresa who helped us with arranged the job to the workers who completed job we were very pleased. The outcome is beautiful and the quality of the doors is superior. We will go back when we need initial windows in our home. We would recommend them without reservation.

Beware of Theresa the owner of Don's Windows and doors. Theresa is a very desperate unprofessional low down money hungry business owner. She gives you a paper to sign that she claims it's a contact. Please make sure your aware of a contract and an invoice to complete a job. Theresa has no compassion or consideration for her customers. She requests $850. 00 down payment on a 2900.00 install of standard size patio doors. Theresa will shout at you and tell you get the he'll out of her office.
Then Theresa will say I am not returning any money I don't care about your circumstances. She gets out of it by saying they are custom doors because of the size but these is nothing custom about them They are made here and they are the same size as Lowes or homedepot doors. It's best you deal with a company that values the customer. This is ridiculous and just warning everyone what kind of business Theresa runs at Dons windows and doors.

I had 14 of Don's windows installed 2 years ago by a 3rd party window and glass company in Santa Fe. Long story short, 13 of the 14 leaked water every time it rained last summer. So I asked Don's if I could speak with an installer OR be provided their installation instructions, so I could pursue hiring yet another 3rd party to come correct or reinstall the windows to end the leaks. I did NOT blame Don's, nor did I ask for any kind of warranty service; all I asked for was information about their windows.
Their reply to my email simply was, "Call the installers, not our problem." I've sent two followup emails - ZERO response. How a company with such a don't-care attitude and lousy customer service can stay in business is mind boggling. Just read the rest of their reviews. AVOID DON'S.
