We had windows installed about 10yrs ago and they're not what they claim to be. My couple windows already breaking up the windows are loose they don't worth 10k, bc that's what I paid for 11windows they swear by them but I beleave they're no better than some 4K windows. I had estimates for 4K 5k but they said they're windows have lifetime warranty and the materials they use is the best but after 10yrs I feel as they lied about the quality u better off getn some cheap ones will last as much as these, my locks are breaking loose and the windows were double panel so they're getn real loose in between already

Had windows and doors installed. Windows were great. One of the doors not working correctly. Called and setup appointment for repairs and they called to change the time to a later time. I agreed then the day of the repair, they called and cancelled and said it would be another week on a holiday. Will see it when they show up. If they miss this time frame they said it would be another week at least. Took a year to get the stuff in and don't want to have to wait another year to get the door fixed.

I called Window World for an estimate. When the rep called me she said they were 8 months out. Some might think I should have given a lower rating, but I appreciated her calling me promptly and being upfront with me. Unfortunately with the condition of the housing market (lots of rehabs) and not enough "human resources", this is our new normal.
