Delivery: Where invoice includes jobsite delivery the same covers ground floor delivery only. Purchaser assumes responsibility for damage to property when Thomas Lumber Co. is requested to make delivery beyond curb line. The purchaser agrees to provide suitable roadways or approaches to parts of delivery other than on paved streets.
