We have waited since August of 2021 to have a damaged panel replaced. They ordered the wrong part twice, each one taking several months to arrive. A panel that fit but was the wrong color was installed and painted to "sort of match" for a "temporary" solution. Raynor told us to wait again for a panel of the right size and color from the factory, as we had paid for long ago. More recently, when we called, we were told they have no record of an order for a third panel that matches. The sales supervisor does not return our voice mail messages.

Raynor responded to my home warranty order swiftly and was able to get me an appointment within the same week. Ben was on time and professional. He answered all questions I had and explained the issues and how he fixed them, as well as some maintenance tips too. He was easy on the ears and eyes. Haha.
