We've been looking for a company to replace our existing sliding glass doors because they were put in incorrectly and our first few steps to having this done have been painless, thanks to Renewal by Andersen, specifically Greg Johnson. My husband and I got the information we needed and enjoyed the genuine friendliness of Greg and so far all of our customer service experiences. This was a good experience. We replaced the windows on the sun-facing side of the house. David Ables walked us through the options-spent about 90 minutes with us, as I recall-and suggested a different style of kitchen window that we love. A father-and-two-sons team completed the installation with a great attention to detail. I particularly appreciated that the installers took the time to show me where there was some wood rot on the subflooring. Replacing that was out-of-scope for the Renewal by Anderson project and we will have another contractor come in and fix it, but I appreciated how Gary let me know of the issue rather than simply fixing his part and ignoring the rest.

We replaced two deck sliding doors and two windows. Danny came to our home to provide the estimate and answer any questions. He was professional and courteous. He did not pressure us in any way and was very knowledgeable. John, Tom, and Levi were our install team. They were great, they were professional and knowledgeable. Their work was excellent quality, they cleaned up everything, and were responsive to all of our questions and needs. 10/10 would highly recommend!

First of all, before I got adopted, my last name was Atkins. One of my installers had this last name. Then after I got adopted, my last name changed to Clark. The other installers last name was Clark. SUPER weird. Good experience with my sales rep Jon Gerlach. Nice guy. My installers, Tyler Adkins and Tim Clark, were great. Super quick and cleaned after themselves. The only thing I would've wanted was for them to get here a little quicker because I've been freezing in my house for a little under 3 months. They did however get here quicker than they told me when I signed up so I understand manufacturing times. All-in-all, happy with Renewal by Andersen. 5/5 recommend the guys I worked with.

If possible I would've left higher than a five star rating. Renewal by Anderson and the people who work with it are phenomenal. I have never seen such well-made and beautiful windows and doors. Could not of asked for more proficient, professional and friendly service from our rep and installers. Special shout out to Jon Gerlach, who is our sales rep. He was beyond helpful. Also kudos to the fantastic installation crew of John Bentley, Levi Bentley and Tom Clark.
These people were phenomenal. It was so quiet in the house last night. Lastly, my cat, who has never been able to see out of the windows, can now see! Thank you for everything. I am proudly displaying the Renewal by Andersen sign in my front yard and I can not wait to show off the craftsmanship to my neighbors, friends, and family.
