Windows look great, workers were nice and timely. Docked a star because the front desk girl needs to learn how to not interrupt people when they are speaking. Kept cutting me off when I was explaining how we wanted to put some money down on our windows. Good customer service goes a long way, just saying. Update: found lots of stuff wrong with windows from poor installation. Messy caulking, bent frames. Getting a hold of anyone or getting responses back is very difficult. Paid too much for this kind of trouble. Poor customer service still stands. Will not use this company again.

I needed three windows replaced due to water intrusion. Called a few places and they were rather expensive. Called Window World. There was no upsell, just an informative chat of what they offer. The price was unbeatable. The product is top quality. The installation crew, Nefi and Jaden did a great job. Then I called for front and rear door replacement. Same quality product and installation, with the same two installers. Next, I'm replacing the rest of the windows and one more door. Window World is my one stop shop for doors and windows. I received nothing for this review.

I am so pleased with my windows. The installers, Jayden and Neffy, did a wonderful job. They were an excellent representative of their company. I did find a tear in one of the screens, but they returned a few days later and took care of it. Jayden and Neffy did their job quickly and efficiently. I would use them again if I ever need any window or door needs.
