Had all original windows and sliding glass doors and picture windows replaced by this local Stamford co. Their bid was more than competition and their reviews were excellent. This exemplary reputation for customer service was the primary reason I chose them. Their estimated arrival time was accurate and the team of Nick and Max installed in the middle of major snowstorm this Feb-also the absolute coldest week of the season. Max and Nick were the absolute "dream team" under the harshest possible conditions.
They were so respectful of my property and careful to be as minimally invasive of my space during an intensely invasive remodel job. BEST EVER! And they were just here to do minor adjustments as I finally am opening some of these sliders for the first time. David and Ted were also amazing to work with! USE THIS LOCAL COMPANY, YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY! And I am loving my Provia double pane windows and doors!

Excellent! They do great work and the do not cut corners. I had a home inspector at my house and he commented on what a great job they did. He pointed out what other companies do wrong but this company did it right.

We found The Window People while investigating replacement windows. While I rarely review businesses, I would be remiss if I didn't share our incredible experience with this small Stamford based business. Every person we worked with from the office staff (David) to the owner (Ted) to the employees (Cody) were honest and professional from the outset. More remarkably, after they completed the installation nearly 2 years later, they responded immediately when a little problem cropped up.
After cleaning the windows, two windows proved challenging (turns out. owner error!) to restore to a locked position. David immediately scheduled Ted to stop by (incredibly. without charge). He patiently remedied the problem, even allowing me to video his handiwork should we need it in the future. I had no idea this company had such remarkable customer service. Working with The Window People reinforced my preference to seek out local, small businesses.

The Window People replaced 12 windows in my c1910 built house of varying sizes and design. From start to finish the process was straightforward and hassle free. The team worked with me to look at various designs and options, and the fitting was a lot loss painful than expected. The widows fit extremely well and the difference in noise and insulation was immediately noticeable. They even replaced an entire unit that had been cosmetically damaged without me even asking. Pricing was transparent and I paid what they originally quoted. I would certainly recommend The Window People
