Tony is rude. Points and snaps at the girl in the office like a dog. HAs a horrible attitude towards her and the customers. I have a business to run otherwise i would stop coming here but the circumstances are. Ken is a great dude. Nice and welcoming. Solid prices. But his wife needs to take customer service class And learn how to treat her employees like human beings.

They ordered the wrong door and said they can't refund my money. Now I'm out $150 and have a useless door that I have nowhere to store. Would never recommend.

The woman who helped me when I came into the showroom at the Pinellas Park location was very kind and helpful. I was expecting the prices to be higher than the internet (Amazon), but to my amazement they were actually much lower. I would recommend them if you are looking for door hardware, and I assume the same would hold true for doors etc.

Working in construction I've worked with over 20 different door companies and Kenco doors is by far the best the best I've ever worked with. Prices are fair, extremely knowledgeable, and their service is stellar.
