We were very happy to learn more about the Mirage screens. Our Dealer - Mike Arnold was as professional as they come. His demo and explanation of the screen system, info on the product and general knowledge sold us right away. Mike kept in touch with the delivery timeline and when he rec'd the product he came to do the installation very quickly. During the installation process he was polite, patient, very neat and tidy - a job well done above average in my respect. We will surely recommend Mirage Screens and Mike to our family and friends in the future. A great pleasure and experience dealing with Mike Arnold.

Fantastic product! Installation by Bob (West Coast Retractable Screens Langley) was excellent. Communication from the first inquiry was prompt. Bob took the time to answer our questions and to guide us through preparation for installation. Just a note. We had a question about the 'floating' nature of the screen and if our cats would walk through it. It hasn't been an issue. The screen looks and operates as well as we hoped!
