Clearly, this is a company that really cares about its product and customers. Ed, the owner patiently spent a lot of time with us explaining the process and products and the manufacturing process. Installation was completed by Christian, a polite and courteous young man, also had a follow-up call from Ed to make sure all of our questions were answered and also make sure we were happy. Are we happy? YES! If you are looking for blinds or any type of window treatment they should be your go-to company!

Very satisfied with the product and the work. Ed and his staff were very professional and easy to work with. We ordered plantation shutters and they were installed within two weeks. The base on one of the shutters was lose after the installation. The next morning I called Ed about the problem. Two hours later someone was there to fix it. I would recommend Ed and his company to anyone.
