A track roller twisted off today. Pulled 3 screws with it. Call John's. Was able to come right over. Repair took 1/2 hour. Great job.

I can't speak highly enough of John. My garage door job was a little tricky, involving a complete rebuild of all hardware and installation of an opener, and several garage door companies were flat-out uninterested in the work. John had a great attitude, did the work very well for a fair price, and was completely honest and up-front about what was involved. As a bonus, he referred me to a good painter. The result is that my garage door opens quietly and smoothly and looks great. I'm thrilled every time I use it.

They came out for my busted doohickey that same day with a better fix than original. The new metal part supports the door better and looks like it should outlast the door. Jay warned me the opener screw may be on its last days. guess who I'll be calling.
