From beginning to end, we had a great experience with King Quality. Phil's presentation walked us through everything, he answered all our questions and followed up the day after the work was done [and even after the first rain post-installation]. For the level of quality, pricing was un-matched. Ramon and team were on time, worked fast, and cleaned EVERYTHING. Highly recommend!

Did not use King Quality for our new roof. She had no idea where Bridgehampton is ("I have to look at a job in Greenport.are you near there?") and wanted to come check the job (a roof) AT NIGHT. They may be great in Nassau or Queens, but even though they advertise island-wide, they're not geared to eastern Suffolk. Got very bad vibes from the salesperson who called and told her to forget it.

King Quality truly is the KING! I met with 4 companies for windows, siding and roofing. Only Stephen Tracey from King followed up quickly. King exceeded our expectations and excelled at everything. They involved us during the entire process to explain what they were doing and ask how we liked what they did. Upon completion, they did a walk around of the entire job so we could inspect and approve their work.
The greatest compliment they could receive was from my neighbors. 4 neighbors stopped by to compliment the work and to ask for King Qualitys information. King Quality is by far, everything they say the are.

Our house needed siding for so long. Finally we were able to get our home done. King Quality worked with us to get financing, the style we wanted & the quality we expected. Mark was very helpful and the workers were great. They finished in 2 days. Anything we asked them to do, they never complained. Always pleasant & professional.
