No service. Everything is so old and dirty. So much worse than last time we were there and that was bad. Same merchandise was there and it's been 4 years ago we stopped there. Man in Main store was Very rude to us. Will not return. We have been told to go to location in Quitman. Much cleaner place and nice people.

Above average hardware store experience! They had free popcorn and coffee, a very stocked and well maintained store, the staff was friendly and helpful, the restrooms we super clean, and, ladies, they have hooks on the carts for your purse.

That had the door insert glass window it only had 4 screws and 10 screw are missing. They also had a 2'0"by 6'8" solid core but in a 1'3/4" which I can make work by moving door stops

Been shopping here for 40 years seems like like and the majority of the employees are the same with exception of a few newtons won't even help me but he watched the clouds and wondered why are they so blue.

Huge selection of lumber and other building supplies. You can find specialty wood that the big box stores don't have in inventory. Prices are also better than the big stores. I will be doing more business with them in the future.

Stay away! They need to teach their employees how to properly check inventory. A customer service skills workshop wouldn't hurt either. I called and described a particular type of door that I needed and was assured by the person on the phone that they had them in stock there. I drove almost an hour only to find that they did not actually have the door there but they could probably order one.
It was like it was no big deal to anyone that they didn't have what I needed after being told they did before driving a fairly long distance to do business there. Most reputable businesses would at least try to make it right when a customer suffers extreme dissatisfaction due to employee incompetence. Not here. I didn't even get an apology for wasting my time and gas because the moron on the phone being unable to perform the simple task of visually verifying inventory.
