Our garage door would only open halfway and this company was prompt in sending Mark to address the problem. Mark explained clearly what had happened, suggested couple of options and gave accurate time estimates for the work completion. He even made a couple of recommendations on how to take care of small issues with the garage door. Would highly recommend Mark and his company!

I had an amazing experience with a worker named mark. He was super helpful and he was straight up and told me exactly what I needed and did not try to upswell he was very honest and professional with me. He helped me by telling me what's the problem with my door and explains why I have this problem. OMAR is absolutely THE BEST! He got the job done very quickly! Super nice guy! He's the go-to guy! If you are in the 805 area they service our area. (as well as many others) Totally worth the call. CALL SAFEWAY FIRST. I promise you will not be disappointed! Ask for OMAR. I had a different problem the last time Safeway came out (I think it was Omar then too!) He took the time to give us some tips on keeping our garage door parts in their best condition and we follow his advice and my 20 year old garage doors parts only have normal wear and tear issues. (We had a broken spring this time) Obviously, I ALWAYS use Safeway! I have recommended them to many others that thanked me for the referral! Thank you OMAR! You are very much appreciated!
