My wife and I purchased a new home in Hayden in Dec. 2021. We had decided on shutters for our window coverings from the beginning. We were relocating from northern Calif and knew we needed to get order placed ASAP before we arrived. I researched 3 companies in the area and felt most comfortable with Advanced Blinds. Spoke with Steve who scheduled a phone consultation with Ethan. He knew exactly what we needed based on my input.

He arrived at our home and took the measurements. Price was fair for the quality of Norman Woodlore+. Was advised of 14 week delivery due to supply chain issues. Shutters arrived in 13 weeks and scheduled for installation the following week. Mark showed on time and spent the better part of a full day doing the install. I couldn't believe how meticulous he was. We could not have been more pleased with the whole experience. We love our shutters and Advanced Blind and Awnings.
