I lost my remote garage door opener. After buying the wrong new one I tried Western Door support. Matthew Melton from support spent a good deal of time with me via multiple text messages and basically guided me step by step to resolve my problem (saving me a lot of money). I was directed by my HOA to purchase a replacement Gate remote from them. The website was very easy to navigate and there was a live chat button in case you have any questions. Ross was great, patient and professional. The turn around time was about 24 hours and you have a choice to either have it mailed to you or pick it up yourself. Make sure to sign up for their email advertisement because they send you a coupon code within 15 minutes you use on your order.
