Original dealings positive until details on paper/payment. Years later. NOW. Company(Amerimax) sold and overall experience from Corporate. AND dealer Both. Made it clear that any warrantied parts and questions regarding installed window seals, locks, etc were unimportant, with NO interest in customer service offered. Fort Collins Corporate.passed inquiries to installer who was quick to end a phone contact.also same to email.
Will see if part/contact happens if/when in stock.(6-8 weeks for window locks) And attitude differs for help to fix insulation seals. currently water and cold air leaks. Is this to be *expected* treatment as a former customer (most under warranty).?
