Curtis from Discount Glass and Window, Inc came to our home to give a quote for replacing a set of windows that had gone bad. Curtis is Customer Focused and Honest. He saved me more than $2500 by redirecting me to warranty. Curtis lost $2500 business, but he earned my goodwill. In contrast, other contractors who visited my home told me that the warranty for my windows is expired. Quote from Curtis was lower than other quotes I received.
Other contractors who visited my home, claimed that the original windows in my home are of poor quality and that they would provide me with a much better window of rating - Cardinal 272 LOW E. However, Curtis confirmed that my current windows have a rating of Cardinal 272 LOW E. So overall a very honest and and reasonable business
