Had what I needed, a remote for older garage door, and he programmed it from a photo, was ready for pick up quickly, and said if any problem, text, even on the weekend. It works perfectly. Super nice guy and top notch business with many garage doors to choose from on display.

Absolutely rude and nasty. Had to have them out 2 x for something they did wrong. Had to hire American Garage Doors to come and fix it. Unbelievable at the expense! DONT hire from them!

So I really can't praise Dave, his expertise, and his business professionalism enough. Despite the ongoing covid crisis and the delays associated, Dave provided a very satisfying experience. Not only did he follow through with his year old estimate, he personally was on the job site to ensure a good install. Considering the difficulty of the unusual opening, I am completely impressed. I highly recommend this form for any help he may be able to lend. A+

Will NEVER call this company again. I was charged MORE than $86 for a service call (incl tax) and was not informed beforehand what this cost would be. The job: to check out my overhead garage door light and tell me the bulbs I installed don't work! KNOW THIS BEFORE YOU CALL! They won't tell you!

Dave is the best. He helped me out on short notice when I was in a pinch. Returned my call on a holiday weekend and got me what I needed.

I called to inquire about a problem with my garage door, appeared to be a misalignment on the left side. The person I spoke with advised me to look at the track and see if there was any snow or ice build up. I check and noticed that there was ice from snow blowing. Cleared it off and the door closed properly. Save me money to have someone come over, and the person was extremely helpful on the phone. Thank you!
