The original Academy Venetial Blinds was established in 1946. Richard and Ernestine Valadez purchased it in 1959 and the name became Academy Window Coverings, Inc. The Valadez family has dedicated their time and effort into establishing and maintaining a successful family-owned business. Academy Window Coverings has served the Coastal Bend Area for 57 years and deliveries the best service in the industry.
