One Piece Counterweight Doors are typically used in small industrial buildings with door openings up to 12' X 15'. They offer the option of a pilot door to alleviate the need to have a separate personnel door opening in the wall to allow human entry and exit. Optional vertical lift to allow overhead lights to work in building with enough vertical headroom (see pix below).

Insulated Service Doors help keep buildings warm in the winter and cool in the summer as well as reducing noise from outside. Insulated doors usually pay for themselves with savings for heating and air conditioning expenses over the first 5yrs of use. Insulated service doors are available in both "Roll-up" type that stowes in a barrel when opened.
