My single pane windows and sliding doors were 50 years old. The team did a phenomenal job reframing and installing new double pane windows and sliders. They were fast, efficient and a pleasure to work with. The new windows and doors are beautiful and add value to our home. Door was not installed properly, and was out of alignment and did not close correctly. Working with the sales people was particularly challenging, perhaps because it was a covid year and supplies were difficult, but the lack of communication about schedule was very difficult during our renovations. Once installation was scheduled, the work proceeded fairly well, and the exterior trim looks great. We did all the windows in our house, and the most difficult part was getting the measurements.

I am writing to express my extreme satisfaction with the group of men that worked on my house last week. Their level of consideration, kindness, and professionalism was top notch. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and thorough knowledge of the trade was evident throughout the entire process. I am no expert on windows, but any time i had a question or need it was addressed quickly and professionally.
It is not a regular thing for me to open my home up to strangers and the kind dispositions of this crew put me at ease. They did an incredible job cleaning up each day so that my family and i weren't living in a dangerous construction zone. I am extremely satisfied with the job done replacing 11 windows and two sliding doors in my home. I will definitely be recommending this company to my friends.

I called and received estimates from a lot of different companies. And while your company was the most expensive, I have no doubt that it has the best customer service and highest quality of work.
