Wish I had replaced my door years ago! Service from initial contact to installation was 5-star. My opener broke which prompted my inquiry. They scheduled a replacement of opener to secure my garage in under 24 hours. Then ordered my new door and installed it promptly when it arrived. The representative answered many questions about the door options via sms which was helpful in making the final decision. All technicians that visited were prompt, courteous, and professional.

I highly recommend Stepp & Sons. Two weeks after they repaired our garage door the issue happened again. They came back out and fixed the problem at no charge because they guarantee repairs for 6 months. Responsive and professional. It doesn't get better than that!
