Outstanding response, came within same day. Had called two other companies and still haven't received call back. A pleasure to see father and daughter work as a team.

If I could give no stars I would. Had Wayne come over to fix my door and spent $168 for it to break 5 min after using it. Was told that he would come back out and replace the spring and he never showed up. Tried calling him and the office and got nothing. Left messages for him to call me and got nothing. Go somewhere else to get your garage door fixed

We called White Mountain Overhead Doors for repair of the door springs. One of the springs broke and the door could not be opened. Wayne came to the house the same day and quickly installed a temporary spring coupler on the broken spring so the door could be opened/closed. The new springs had to be ordered and are difficult to get due to the ongoing supply issues. Wayne was able to locate a set of springs and returned to the house to install them. Wayne installed the new springs, aligned everything and reset the garage door opener. Wayne shows up when he says he will and he does great work at a fair and reasonable price. A+ and highly recommended.

I committed a bonehead blunder and backed the car through a sticking garage door yesterday demolishing it (don't ask). I figured I would be having a blue tarp over the door opening for well over a month going into the winter before anyone would be able to make it up to my place in remote western Maine to replace the door. I called White Mountain Overhead Doors and they committed and made it up here a day later (today) on a Saturday.
Not only did they replace the one I demolished, but I also had them replace the other undamaged one too. Again this was a Saturday emergency call, one day after I had initially called them. Outstanding service, outstanding team, and an outstanding installation of both doors. The garage is warmer and I will no longer have to deal with sticking doors. Seeing how hard it is to get any of the trades to commit to coming up here at all, my appreciation towards White Mountain's prompt customer service and professional installation team cannot be overstated.
