Our senior community purchased a security gate in August of 2021 for $8,476.00. Overhead Door was contracted and paid $13,756 to install the gate. This gate has never functioned properly. On two separate occasions emergency vehicles were locked out and residents were locked in. This could have been catastrophic as we had residents that needed emergency care on those 2 occasions. I have heard nothing but excuses from Overhead Door.

The communication with them has always been one-sided. I always had to call them for an update. The story was always the same. They simply do not know what the problem, or solution, is. I went to the business location and spoke directly with the owner. He was sympathetic to the situation, but nothing was done. I spoke with Amazing Gates ( the company that sold the security gate). The lady that I spoke with on 4/5/2022 was also sympathetic to the situation and promised to overnight a new circuit board. I have yet to hear back from anyone. I think Overhead Door needs to acknowledge they either screwed up or this type of work is beyond their scope of expertise.

Quick and courteous service and very reasonable prices! My second time using their services and equally satisfied with both experiences!

Called them up and got an estimate for a new garage door these guys are amazing so I ordered a door it did not come in on time due to covid but they called me up gave me options and happened to have a door that would work and offered a discount one guy came out and in no time he had the old broken door out and the new one on made sure I knew about everything told me how to paint it and left only after he had made sure everything was cleaned up even went back and touched up any spot on the door that had a small scratch on it best company I have dealt with in a very long time

I just had a new garage door installed. I used to have two single-car garage doors it was very difficult getting out of the car because the door would hit the wall. I had the garage switch to a single garage door so one door replacing the two doors I had. They did an absolutely fantastic job from planning and pulling the permit for me and did the installation today. They finished early. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone who asked. Thanks Luke
