Consumer beware: Had Dulle Overhead Doors come out and replace my garage door springs when one broke. I did not receive a quote from them when I first called. The tech came out the same day and replaced both springs and did a good job. Month later bill came in and was higher than I anticipated. Was charged $190 per spring that they replaced for my two car garage door. I asked about why the bill was so high and was told that the springs are that expensive because of the supply chain.
When I asked for an itemized invoice I was told one was not available and I felt like they were very short with me. Wish communication between company and customer was better before the work was done. I found similar springs online and at local hardware stores for around $100 less per spring. Again not disappointed with the technician or quality of work. Disappointed with the price of the spring and the lack of communication on how much it was going to cost.

Called on a Tuesday morning and had someone at my door in about an hour. They were quick on torsion spring replacements. Answered some questions about maintenance and recommended any silicone spray as its half the price of garage door marketed product.

Dulle Overhead Doors has great service. I thought they were going to have to look at the door and come back later to repair it, but they were able to repair it right then and there. (Cables and torsion springs) Very convenient! Also the service tech was nice, quick and efficient.

Incredible! We purchased a home that came with one remote, and called to inquire about purchasing a second remote. They were incredibly kind and helpful! We were able to get a new remote the same day, and he programmed it within 5 minutes! Very good experience. Thank you!
