I can't say enough good things about this company. Their receptionist was amazing - bright, cheery, articulate. Such a great first impression. Then the workmen who came out - I've never had a company that went above and beyond as much as these guys did. They not only determined what the problem was and repaired it quickly, but they also offered to repair the ceiling of my garage that had started to tear from the weight of the original garage door being installed poorly (not by this company of course).

Our spring broke during the rainstorm and my wife's car was trapped inside the garage all by itself. Overhead Door had a service team out to get the door open and rescue the vehicle from the dark and lonely cavern. A follow up repairs the door to better than before. Devin did a great job in the 90 degree humidity.

Adam was the technician that came to check my garage door opener. He tried a few things but he determined that it needed to be replaced. Adam was very professional and went over everything with the new remote, he also paired my old remotes. Adam even went over and above and did some maintenance on my rollers and track on the door. The work that chance performed today was perfect. While he did the job he told me what he was doing and why he's doing it. Made me believe that He has been working there for a while. I enjoy talking to him and told him if I have any more problems with my doors I will request for them to send him out every time.

Our garage door had to be repaired, and boy was this company and it's employee amazing. We called them and they were very prompt in showing up. I mean within 30 minutes or less. The guy that did the repairs was very courteous and did an amazing job. Very efficient. You could tell that he loves his job and is very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company. If you need garage doors or repairs, give them a call, you will be glad that you did!
