Custom View Windows is a family business, owned and operated from Grafton, Wisconsin. My wife, Heidi, and I started our company in 1991. We could see that many homeowners wanted the start-to-finish attention of professionals who would treat their houses. I would only sell windows, patio doors and entry doors that I felt were of the best quality and would personally install them.

We were looking to replace all of the original windows in our 1960 ranch. We wanted quality windows and it was important to me to find someone that cared about craftsmanship. I found Custom View by calling a Pella distributor and asking them for an installer that REALLY cares about windows. John from Custom View does really care about windows. Every other company wanted to install pocket windows, its cheap, quick, and easy. John and I both agreed full frame made more sense for my house and they turned out beautiful.
The best part is he is not more expensive, he just keeps an eye on the little details and uses excellent materials. John also installed our new deck door and it is excellent as well. His advice during the selection of the door was invaluable, we love the full glass door!
