Loren Vickers is an awesome Flagstaff company! My garage door was broken and the first place I called (A1) was only able to schedule me a month out. When I called Loren Vickers, they were happy to work me into their schedule 3 days after I called. Kyle was the technician who was personable and kind. He was patient waiting to install the necessary parts until I contacted my home warranty company to get a pre-authorization. Kyle also was nice enough to wear a mask without me asking. I will be recommending Loren Vickers to all of my friends and look forward to working with them again when my garage inevitably breaks again in the future!

Great customer service! I was planning to travel to CA this afternoon. Went to open the garage door and door opener could not lift garage door. Spring was broken after 22 years. Could not lift door myself as spring was broken. Called Loren Vickers and they said they were busy but would see if crew could do emergengy work after hours. I was willing to pay a premium. Loren Vickers called about 90 minutes later and said a crew was coming out during normal working hours. Steve and Kurt came out and saved the day! They were courteous and knew what they were doing. I had both springs replaced. Great job guys!
