I would give 10 stars if it was an option. We had 3 large picture windows replaced on the front of our store and to make matters complicated a window bench and bars had to be dismantled in order to complete the job. They did all of it in a very quick and efficient manner. Very friendly, great customer service and all at a FAIR price. They have a customer for life!

I would not use access glass. I had a shower door installed in October of 2016. They have not corrected the issues, and will not return my calls. This was a high-end system. They gladly took my money, but will not fix the issues.

Helpful and friendly explained numerous times about process and timeline, and even though they were busy still got my house done in a very timely and professional manner. windows look great and they were very reasonably priced. Definitely recommend them to any that want/needs new windows.

I am a commercial contractor and just completed a 7000 SF project for Northeastern University in South Lake Union. Access did all the glass walls and doors and were punctual and clean. Some of the architects details were not feasible and the Access Glass owners met with the architect on site and made suggestions to the architect which were accepted. I'm getting ready to send them a request for quote on another project i just received.

We had to replace the window in our sliding glass door. We called Access Windows and Glass. They were quick to schedule an estimate and the technician they sent to install the window went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied with the installation. Great company!

Our front window developed a large crack over the course of a few days. We had Access out to look at it and they determined that it was due to settling. The repair glass was over 50x50 and took a few days to arrive from the manufacturer. Estimates, ordering, and installation were a breeze. These guys are true professionals - If I ever need a replacement or repair in the future, they'll be my first call.
