My boyfriend had his door replaced with this company. I wouldn't recommend going here to get your door replaced or repaired, beings this company has proven to be unfit. The door they replaced is not in the correct position, nor does the door close accurately, and that's only the beginning with all sorts of other unfit findings. He asked for the door to be repaired by this company who did nothing about it.
He paid a great deal of money for this door and did not get treated fair, he only asked for it to be repaired not a refund, which I thought was absolutely fair. if it would have been me, I would get a refund! He did not deserve to be treated this way, please don't waste your money with this company.

If you are looking for true value this is the place. They provided all the doors and windows for my newly built house in 2008. Recently I experienced some minor problems with the door knobs and dropped by the store to get replacement parts. Instead of giving me the parts the owner who actually remembered my name told me that he would send someone to fix the problems. Thomas was not only able to fix the problems that I knew about but a couple of others that I was not aware.
Best part was not only that everything was fixed above expectations but it was all done under warranty. When purchasing a product is not totally about the price but it's above all the TRUE VALUE. They stand behind their product even after 13 years.
