DO NOT use Fairfax Garage Door. They do not stand behind their work. We have had trouble with our now two-year-old garage door opening and closing from day-one. We were informed during our most recent service visit, addressing the issue, we may need new springs and a new motor. We spoke with Kelly in customer service, who refused to offer any form of consideration for the repair work and failed to call me back when she was going to ask a manager if they would provide financial relief. Thankfully, because of Kelly's poor attitude and approach, we sought a second opinion.
As it turned out, the wrong springs and the wrong drums were used on the garage door (the motor is actually fine.) $2,500 later, the garage door now works properly, as it should have when we moved into our new house two years ago. If zero stars had been an option, we would have assigned zero stars.
