The Giglio Family grew up in the garage door business from humble beginnings in New Brunswick, New Jersey. Grandfather Sal started the business after returning from World War II. Gaithersburg Garage Door was founded in 1988 as a local, family-owned business by Peter Giglio, Sr. as a solo Technician working out of his home.
