Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness It has been over 1year and my window and door project is STILL NOT COMPLETED! I was told not to make any payments until the project is completed, yet, 1week ago I started to recieve credit collection calls. Jacob's continues too delay my project with one excuse after another. I would never refer nor hire Jacob's too do anything again. Service: Window design

If you're going to get windows installed in your home do it with Jacob! They came to my house and went through the whole process which was painless. Reps kept me informed via email, text and calls. Installers showed up on time and did a great job. They cleaned up after themselves. It didn't even look like I had work done on the house. If you want hassle free installation with lifetime warranty go with Jacobs.
It's worth your money and time! My new windows look and function GREAT! The night they were installed we had a bit of a wind storm. I felt no air pushing through the window or temperature change in the bedroom. I'm satisfied!
