We've used the door store for several years now and replaced our front door and sidelines and the windows in the house as well. We're always happy to work with Mike and he does a great job at getting us the best fit for our house. We've enjoyed our products quite a bit and the installation is always great. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is there's been a decline in craftsmanship to a small degree, and I really wish we didn't have to do anything after the installation team leaves.
Unfortunately this last time around we had to clean the windows inside and out and there was even some random caulk on the window. We showed it to the installers assuming they would take care of it but replied with "yeah that's probably from the factory" and left it at that. That's not really been our experience in the past, so I'm guessing because of the weather or volume of business things have slipped a little. We still have a window or two that needs replacing so we'll probably be talking to Mike again soon.

We ordered 11 interior doors along with casings and baseboards. I did everything over the phone. The product was delivered by Door Store employees who were super nice and professional. We had one small glitch with the order (warped casings - go figure) and the Door Store quickly resolved the issue to great satisfaction.
